Skyline and CSAC to Partner on "Making Change for Change" Special Olympics Initiative During D3 Week

The Skyline Conference and Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) are joining forces for NCAA Division III Week (April 2-8), as the conferences' member institutions will be "Making Change for Change" on their respective campuses.

During the week, the athletic departments -- led by members of each school's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) -- will collect spare change in a friendly competition. All monies collected during the week will be donated to Special Olympics -- an organization that the NCAA Division III national SAAC has partnered with for nearly one decade.

Individuals wishing to donate to the cause are encouraged to stop by the member institutions' athletic department offices during D3 Week.

Through the power of sports, Special Olympics athletes with intellectual disabilities discover new strengths and abilities, skills and success. The athletes find joy, confidence and fulfillment -- on the playing field and in life. They also inspire people in their communities and elsewhere to open their hearts to a wider world of human talents and potential.
