Athletic Physical Information - Baseball & Softball

Baseball and softball athletic physicals will take place on Tuesday, September 16 at 3 p.m. at The Hill Center. All students must have their SportsWare Online profile and medical forms completed prior to attending physicals. These forms can be found on the Sports Medicine Page.

Concussion testing will take place on September 23 at 3 p.m. in The Hill Center. Only those that are medically cleared will have a spot reserved for testing.
