Baseball Doubleheader at Staten Island Postponed

BROOKLYN, N.Y. – This afternoon's baseball doubleheader between St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) and the College of Staten Island has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions at Tomas D. Morales Baseball Field due to the field thawing process from the bitter winter chill.

The twin bill has been rescheduled to Wednesday, March 19th at 3 p.m. at Morales Field.

The Bears (1-4) – who have not seen action since opening the season in Florida three weeks ago – will look to play their first games in the Metropolitan area tomorrow against John Jay College in a doubleheader starting at noon at Baseball Heaven in Yaphank, N.Y.
