Adam Schwartz then executed a sacrifice bunt to move Pallatto 90 feet from home. Anthony Camerada stepped up next and delivered the game-tying double down the left field line. With two outs, Connor Pasetti's single put men on the corners and two ensuing defensive miscues gave St. Joseph's a 3-1 cushion.
  • In the bottom of the seventh, Amatuzzi put the finishing touches on his complete-game and sealed the come-from-behind victory.

How it Happened in Game 2

  • Brandon Salem's single in the fifth tacked on one more for the Bears as starter Thomas Pallatto cruised, allowing just two hits in four scoreless frames. But the Violets broke the shutout in the fifth on Jack Elias' RBI double.
  • Reliever Kevin White entered in the sixth and tossed a scoreless final two innings to cement the sweep.
