BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Goaltender Nolan Parr made three saves while Matthias Spiegel fired four shots but visiting College of Mount Saint Vincent rode a hat trick from Kevin Jardines to deal the St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) men's soccer team a 5-0 loss in Skyline Conference action on a rainy Thursday night.

How it Happened

  • Mount Saint Vincent scored almost seven minutes in when Kevin Jardines rushed down the right wing and crossed a pass to Diego Hernandez who finished the play.
  • A little more than 20 minutes later Kevin Jardines scored three straight goals to make it 4-0. The first two on breakaways and the third after finishing a cross from the right wing.
  • In the 56th minute, Rodrigo Silva scored off a feed from the left side of the box, giving Mount Saint Vincent a 5-0 lead.
