Men's Tennis Blanked By Mount Saint Mary in Skyline Opener

HARRISON, N.Y. — The St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) men's tennis team was kept off the board by Mount Saint Mary College in a 9-0 loss in both teams Skyline Conference opener on Saturday afternoon.

  • The Knights swept the doubles matches winning the No. 2 and No. 3 flights at love while Vaso Vukosavovic and Kevin Caicedo managed to take two games off Matt Anastasi and Chris McGorty in the top position.
  • St. Joseph's wouldn't find any more success at singles as the Knights took straight set victories in all six matches. Carlos Mayorga won four games off Chris Jaros at No. 6 singles falling 6-3, 6-1.
