BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) men's volleyball team (1-2) looks to snap a two-game skid and seeks their first win in the all-time series against borough rivals Brooklyn College (0-10), opening a four-game stretch at The Hill Center.

  • The Bears are looking to snap a two-match losing streak, as they embark on a four game home stand over the next two weeks.
  • Senior Raul Urshela earned this week's HVIAC men's volleyball Player of the Week award after totaling 2.33 kills per set and hit .269 to lead St. Joseph's to a 1-1 week to open the season. This was his the eighth time he's won the accolade in his career.
  • Taso Kostikas tops the team and also the conference currently with 29 digs and also is second in the HVIAC with 20 kills in the first three contests.
