KINGS POINT, N.Y.—The St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) women's volleyball team endured a straight-set defeat, 3-0 (25-17, 25-15, 25-10) to the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in a non-conference road matchup on Wednesday evening.

Junior middle Lauren GaNun (Breezy Point, N.Y./Fontbonne Hall) landed six kills to pace the St. Joseph's (2-2) attack. Junior Anna Carbone (Ozone Park, N.Y./Mary Louis) and senior Jennifer Moncino (Ridgewood, N.Y./Archbishop Molloy) each had 10 digs to lead the defensive effort.
