• The Lady Bears try to win four in a row and look to sweep the season series and take four straight from rival Golden Eagles. 
• Brooklyn sits one spot ahead of Long Island in the league standings and just one-half game behind third.
• Sophomore Destiny Marino paces the squad ranked third in the Skyline with 18.5 points a game. She finds her way to the charity stripe with regularity ranked in the top 6 in Division III in FT made and attempted.
• Sniper Victoria Porcasi places second in the league in 3pt FG made (2.1), 3pt FG% (.390) and FT% (.851). Her  12.3 points per game ranks 9th in the league.

• In Monday's 76-66 win, SJC outscored the Panthers 26-11 in the second quarter and never trailed again, draining 10 trifectas over the contest. Destiny Marino led four in double figures with 18 points, five rebounds and three assists.

Marino Lands on Skyline Honor Roll for the Third Time

• Marino averaged 22.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 4.5 steals in leading SJC past Yeshiva and NJCU. The sophomore scored 16 of her 22 points in the second half to help the Lady Bears rally from a 12-point deficit to Yeshiva. Against NJCU, Marino fell one assist shy of becoming only the third Lady Bear to reach double-digit assists.

Inside the Eagles Nest

• The Golden Eagles play just their fourth league game of the season and look to end a three-game skid this season and in the all-time series vs. Brooklyn.
• One-time Skyline Player of the Week Andrea Iavarone is the main threat for the Golden Ealges, leading the league in rebounds (12.4) and double-doubles (8) while pouring in 18.5 points a game, second-best in the Skyline.
• In their last outing on Monday, Long Island was held to one field goal and outscored 25-7 in the fourth quarter, dropping a 63-53 decision to Mount St. Vincent, led by Iavarone's 16-point, 12-rebound double-double.
• Junior Jackie Zizzo is the main deep threat adding 9.2 points a game and averaging two trifectas a game at a 35 percent clip.
• The Eagles added two new players in Danielle Gehring and Caroline Gehring who transferred from 2015 NCAA Division III Elite 8 FDU-Florham and played at Division II Chestnut Hill prior. Danielle, a 5-foot-11 junior, immediately earned a spot in the Golden Eagle starting lineup and scored five points and six rebounds on Monday at Mount Saint Vincent.
