Bears and Lady Bears Basketball to Host Card Party Fundraiser on Friday

Come help support the men's and women's basketball teams for their upcoming extended road trips over winter break. The Bears will visit southern California for games against La Verne and Chapman, while the Lady Bears will head to Puerto Rico for a three-game set against Puerto Rico-Cayey, Sacred Heart of Puerto Rico and Catholic University of Puerto Rico.

We'll be raffling off over 30 baskets with the grand prizes of a 51" TV, iPad mini, a Kindle and $75 scratch-off basket. In addition, we'll be auctioning off some athletics memorabilia, including the old padded Bears and Lady Bears logoed chairs.

The event will take place in The Hill Center gymnasium on Friday from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Admission is just $10, includes hot food and a tour of the brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, which opened its doors to the SJC Community on Tuesday.
