Bears Baseball Receives Votes in Latest D3Baseball.com Top 25 Poll
BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The undefeated St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) baseball team has received five votes in the latest D3Baseball.com Top 25 Poll for Week 3 through games played Sunday, March 10.
The Bears' 5-0 start is the best in the team's six-year history and it marks the first time ever receiving votes in the national poll voted on by a panel of 25 coaches, sports information directors and media members from across the country.
St. Joseph's also currently rides a nine-game winning streak spanning to the end of last season when they won their last four games to produce their first winning campaign (18-17).
The Bears have a pair of road doubleheaders scheduled for this weekend facing Lehman College on Saturday, March 16 and the College of Mount Saint Vincent on Sunday, March 17. Both twinbills start at noon.
