Mikos Lands On Skyline Men’s Basketball Weekly Honor Roll

NEW YORK -- Following his 27-point effort on Saturday against Medgar Evers College, St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) senior Chris Mikos (Freehold, N.J./St. John Vianney) received an honorable mention on Monday, named to the Skyline Conference's weekly honor roll.

Playing all 40 minutes in his lone game of the week, Mikos led all scorers with his third game of the season tallying 27-or-more points, as he shot 9-of-20 from the field. He flirted with a triple-double grabbing eight rebounds while dishing out a game- and career-high eight assists. Defensively he swiped two steals and rejected two shots.

Mikos currently sits third in the Skyline in scoring at 23.2 points a clip and second in rebounding a 9.8 a game.

The Bears hit the road to face sibling rivals SJC Long Island on Tuesday in a Skyline Conference tilt starting at 7:30 p.m. Live stats and video will be available at SJCBears.com/live
