Men's and Women's Soccer to Conduct Free Soccer ID Clinic

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) Head Men's Soccer Coach Ovid Cusu and Head Women's Soccer Coach Gary Lawson are proud to announce a free Soccer ID Clinic open to all high school boys and girls in grades 11 and 12 on Sunday, February 26.

"The clinic is an excellent opportunity for soccer players thinking about playing collegiate soccer to experience what St. Joseph's College can offer," remarked Lawson.

"It shows our commitment to developing the soccer programs at SJC and to give back to the area youth by hosting our first ID Clinic at no cost," added Cusu.

The clinic will be hosted at The Hill Center, the state-of-the-art Bears athletic facility located on the Clinton Hill campus at 212 Vanderbilt Avenue. The boys clinic will begin at 11 a.m. with the girls clinic starting at 2 p.m.

Both clinics will be conducted by Cusu and Lawson and their respective coaching staffs and players. All interested boys and girls can register online at http://www.sjcbears.com/id-clinic to reserve your spot.

"You will also benefit from one-on-one interaction with the coaching staff, and play competitive small-sided indoor soccer at the Hill Center," concluded Lawson.
