Last Time Out: Turnovers and poor shooting dominated the game as St. Joseph's dropped a 47-35 decision to borough rivals Brooklyn College last Monday. The Lady Bears were led by Megan Moran who led all scorers with 13 points and snagged six rebounds as St. Joseph's dropped their sixth straight to their borough rivals. Kristin D'Chiutiis also contributed nine points and six rebounds.

The Lady Bears look to make a late season surge that has been the norm under Coach Carbone during his 17 years on the sideline. St. Joseph's is trying to get back to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since their inaugural appearance in 2012 and the USCAA Tournament for the first time since 2010.

Kelly McNamee, the AD3I Student-Athlete of the Month for the month of December, has been a key producer for Carbone and his staff, averaging a team-high 12.3 points per game while shooting an efficient 36.4 percent from beyond the arc and an impressive 93.3 percent from the charity stripe.

Raccuglia has played her best basketball in a St. Joseph's uniform over the last five games, putting up 12.0 points per game, 9.6 rebounds per game, 4.0 assists per game and 3.0 blocks per game, recording two double-doubles in the process.

Adding to the Lady Bears arsenal is Retas and Moran who both nearly average double figures in scoring. Retas drops in 9.5 points per game and adds a team-high 9.9 boards per game.
