Bio
Natalie Turner-Wyatt was appointed as the head women's soccer coach at St. Joseph's University, N.Y. (Brooklyn) in December 2022. Prior to joining the Bears, Turner-Wyatt coached at Downtown United Soccer Club and served as an assistant coordinator for the Soccer for All program; a two-person team that facilitated programs for equity and inclusion, accessibility research initiatives, and one-on-one athlete support.
She began her coaching career with the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges women's soccer team in the 2019 season. With an 11-5-4 mark overall, and a 6-4-2 record in Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play, Turner-Wyatt guided the Athenas to just their second NCAA Division III Sweet 16 in program history. She joined the SCIAC institution after a successful four-year playing career at Williams College from 2015-18. Turner-Wyatt was a member of three Division III National Championship-winning sides, including the first in program history in the 2015 season. A mainstay in the Ephs' midfield, she was on the starting XI in the 2015 and 2017 title games. Additionally, she was a member of the All-NESCAC second team in 2017.
Before joining Downtown United's coaching staff, Turner-Wyatt played on their women's team in May 2022, which currently competes in the Women's Premier Soccer League, earning All-Metropolitan Conference Best XI honors in the process.
Turner-Wyatt currently resides in Brooklyn and is pursuing a master's degree in social work from the Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work.
