BROOKLYN, NY – The St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) women's swimming team took on the defending Hudson Valley Women's Athletic Conference champions, Sarah Lawrence College in their final conference battle of the season. The Gryphons took a large lead at the start, and held on for a 56-39 win.

Her time of 1:30.50 was her fastest time this season and less than a half of a second ahead of Abraham.

Junior Maureen Donohue (Rochester, NY/Rochester) nabbed the other first place finish for St. Joseph's. She won the 100 yard breaststroke in 1:26.06.
