Four Named to USCAA All-Academic Volleyball Team

NEWPORT NEWS, VA – In an announcement by the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) earlier this week, Victoria Curran (Queens, NY/Mary Louis), Christina Indart (Brooklyn, NY/St. Saviour), Jackie Marinello (Brooklyn, NY/Fontbonne Hall)  and Yliane Ulloa (Queens, NY/Midwood) from the St. Joseph's College women's volleyball team were named to the 2009 USCAA All-Academic team.

All four student-athletes saw the majority of the playing time for the Lady Bears this season and have maintained an overall GPA of at least 3.5.
