Kane Named to Skyline Women's Volleyball All-Sportsmanship Team
NEW YORK — St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) sophomore Grace Kane (Breezy Point, N.Y./Fontbonne Hall Academy) has been named to the 2021 Skyline Conference Women's Volleyball All-Sportsmanship Team as announced by the league office earlier today.
Kane played in all-but-one set for the Bears this season and was a full rotation player who finished second on the team in digs (198) and third in kills (106) and aces (24). The rookie opposite hitter logged three matches with double-digit kills highlighted by a 13-kill effort against Sarah Lawrence and finished with double-figure kills 10 times.
The Bears finished their season on a two-game winning streak at 7-10 overall and in eighth place in the Skyline Conference with a 4-7 mark.
