Directions - Gil Hodges Field
Beginning with the 2018 season, Gil Hodges Field will serve as home to the St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) softball team.
Located in the Gravesend section of Brooklyn just miles from SJC's Clinton Hill campus, the field is located off the Belt Expressway at the intersection of Shore Parkway and Shell Road.

By Car
From Points West
Take the Belt Parkway to Exit 7 (Ocean Parkway). Proceed straight on Shore Parkway for 0.3 miles and make a left on Ocean Parkway. Proceed underneath the highway and make the first left back on to Shore Parkway. Continue straight for 0.5 miles until you reach the elevated train tracks (Shell Road). The field will be across the street beside the elevated tracks.
From Points East
Take the Belt Parkway to Exit 7A (Shore Parkway). Continue straight on Shore Parkway for 0.3 miles until you reach the elevated train tracks (Shell Road). The field will be across the street beside the elevated tracks.
By Mass Transit
Via F Train - Neptune Ave.
Take the F train towards Coney Island to the Neptune Ave. stop. Walk north on West 6th Street beneath the elevated subway for a quarter mile. West 6th Street will merge into Shell Road and the field will be on your left.
Via Q Train - West 8 Street-New York Aquarium
Take the Q train towards Coney Island to the West 8 Street-New York Aquarium stop. Walk north on West 6th Street beneath the elevated subway for a half mile. West 6th Street will merge into Shell Road and the field will be on your left.
