Bio

Former Bears standout and captain Lisa LoSchiavo '21 joined the women's soccer staff as an assistant coach in August 2021 and was named interim head coach in August 2022. LoSchiavo earned her first win as head coach against Brooklyn College in September 2022. She returned to the assistant role following the appointment of Natalie Turner-Wyatt as head coach in December 2022.

A Malverne, N.Y. native, LoSchiavo came to Clinton Hill as a freshman in 2017 and was later named a tri-captain as a sophomore. Starting in all 43 games of her collegiate career, she was part of a class that helped lay the foundation for the Bears women's soccer program leading the team to their first two Skyline playoff appearances in 2017 and 2018, helping to turn around a team that secured just one win in each of the two seasons prior to their arrival.

LoSchiavo sits in the top 10 in the Bears record book in games started, games played, and assists — totaling three goals, nine assists, and 15 points over her three seasons.

In addition to her achievements on the pitch and on the court as a member of the women's basketball team, LoSchiavo excelled in the classroom and was named to the Skyline Conference Academic Honor Roll all three seasons, and was a two-time member of the Bears' Scholar-Athlete Team.

She graduated from St. Joseph's in May 2021 with a bachelor's in marketing with a business administration minor and sports management concentration. She is pursuing a master's in sports management from Southern New Hampshire University and works in the community relations team with the New York Islanders.
