Welcome to the new SJCBears.com and new mobile app!

BROOKLYN, N.Y.—The St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) athletic department is proud to welcome you to the newly redesigned SJCBears.com, unveiled today in partnership with website host PrestoSports.

Our new web presence now sports our new navy and grey color scheme unique to Brooklyn athletics for several seasons and consistent with the design and furnishings of the soon-to-be-opened Hill Center.

Upon entering the site, fans will see much larger photographs continuing to showcase our student-athletes and the layout and navigation has been enhanced to give you quicker access to the information you are looking for.

In addition to a modern look, the new SJCBears.com is truly a mobile-friendly site. Regardless of what device you visit us on—whether computer, iPhone, Android, iPad, etc.—our new website will adapt to give you the best possible viewing experience and mobile users can now access all the same information as if they were on a computer.

For those with an iOS or Android device, we're also excited to announce the launch of our new Front Row mobile app. By getting in the Front Row, you'll not only have quick access to schedules, recaps and scores, but you will also receive score updates and the latest news by signing up for notifications. Click the Notifications button on the ore tab to enable alerts on a sport-by-sport basis.

"I'm excited to continue our partnership with PrestoSports and launch our second website, continuing to put us at the forefront of collegiate athletic websites at all levels," said Sports Information Director Anthony Macapugay. "With social media becoming more prevalent and traffic from mobile users steadily increasing over the past three years since our initial launch, we've spent a lot of effort in enhancing SJCBears.com to cater to these trends."

Just some of the highlights of the new features you'll see on the new SJCBears.com:

• Live stats are now compatible with all mobile devices.
• A revamped calendar giving a quick look at recent scores and upcoming games.
• Integrated social media sections showcasing our ever-growing Twitter and Instagram accounts. All our social media accounts can be accessed by icons in our header.
• A unique headline scroller, with larger photographs and a scoreboard overlay displaying the final scores on game recaps. Videos can be played right from within the main scroller.
• An improved game recap template, displaying the mini box score, team leaders and team comparison.
• Conference standings and team stat leaders are easier to find, prominently displayed on each sport home page. Links to the NCAA and conference leaders are now accessible from each sport's navigation bar.
• Quicker access to team rosters, schedules and news from the main navigation which now sticks to the top of the page when viewed on a computer.
• Revamped live stats with integrated video (for selected home games) and optimized for viewing on all devices.
• A new section for The Hill Center which will contain all the information about upcoming events, gym availability calendars, building information and more.
