NEW YORK — St. Joseph's University, N.Y. (Brooklyn) basketball players Kristen Donovan (Maspeth, N.Y./Archbishop Molloy) and Joshua Gordon (Brooklyn, N.Y./Bishop Loughlin) were named to their respective Skyline Conference All-Sportsmanship Teams. The announcement was made by the league on Wednesday morning.

Donovan started all 21 games played in her rookie season, leading the Skyline with 37.26 minutes per game. She placed third in the league with 2.20 three-pointers per game, fourth with a 28.9 three-point percentage, fifth with 44 triples, and ninth with 3.3 assists per contest; all of which tops the women's basketball team this campaign. Donovan logged her first double-double behind a 13-point, 11-rebound outing against Old Westbury and dropped a season-best 17 on the road at St. Joseph's Long Island in early February.

Gordon featured in each of men's basketball's 25 games in 2022-23. The six-foot-seven-inch center scored 13 points against Mount Saint Vincent, his personal best this season, on 80 percent from the floor. He shot an efficient five-of-six from the free-throw line against the Dolphins. Gordon also pulled a personal-best eight rebounds in games against the Coast Guard Academy and Yeshiva.

The conference recognizes All-Sportsmanship Team members in all 19 of its championship sports, with each program announcing one recipient for his or her sportsmanlike demeanor – both in and out of competition.
