The Athletic Department wrapped up its 2013-14 athletic calendar hosting their Annual Awards Night on Tuesday evening. Men's basketball sophomore Michael Megafu and multi-sport senior Kelly McNamee were named the inaugural Male and Female Student-Athletes of the Year.

Junior Raul Urshela and senior Iqbal Husain were named to the HVIAC All-Conference Team after leading St. Joseph's to a school-record eight wins and the school's first ever appearance in the tournament championship game.

St. Joseph's advanced to the HVIAC Tournament championship game with a straight-set victory over Webb Institute in the semifinals before falling in the title game to Yeshiva University in straight sets on Thursday evening.

Men's Volleyball Overcomes Two-Set Hole to Shock HVIAC foe Webb in Regular Season Finale

St. Joseph's overcame a two-set deficit in their regular season finale to defeat Webb Institute, 3-2 (21-25, 20-25, 25-18, 25-13, 17-15) in HVIAC action on Tuesday evening. The Bears received double-doubles from Raul Urshela, Taso Kostikas and Iqbal Husain on their way to their third straight win.
