Women's Soccer Team To Host Clinic for High School Girls

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) Head Women's Soccer Coach Gary Lawson is proud to announce the second annual soccer clinic open to all high school and girls ages 13-18 on Sunday, February 25, 2018.

Led by Lawson's NCAA Division III coaching staff and players, the clinics will instruct players on proper techniques, provide unique and fun drills, and assist in the overall development of each participant.

"The clinic is an excellent opportunity for soccer players thinking about playing collegiate soccer to experience what St. Joseph's College can offer," remarked Lawson. "You will also benefit from one-on-one interaction with the coaching staff, and play competitive small-sided indoor soccer at The Hill Center."

The clinic will be hosted at The Hill Center, the state-of-the-art Bears athletic facility located in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn at 212 Vanderbilt Avenue. The clinic starts at 12:30 p.m. and will last two hours.

The cost is $30 per participant. All interested boys and girls can register online at http://www.sjcbears.com/clinics. Registrations will be limited to 40 participants, on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early! Participants are asked to bring proper soccer footwear for indoor activities, shinguards, and personal water bottles.
