The Athletic Department wrapped up its 2013-14 athletic calendar hosting their Annual Awards Night on Tuesday evening. Men's basketball sophomore Michael Megafu and multi-sport senior Kelly McNamee were named the inaugural Male and Female Student-Athletes of the Year.
St. Joseph's Places 19 Student-Athletes on HVIAC Fall All-Academic Team

Sophomore Lauren GaNun was named the Association of Division III Independents (AD3I) Female Student-Athlete of the Month for the Month of October after helping lead the women's volleyball team to a 10-4 record during the month.

Lauren GaNun, Megan Moran and Jennifer Moncino were named to the HVIAC All-Conference Team after leading the Lady Bears to an undefeated record in regular season league play with an appearance in the HVIAC Tournament championship. Head coach Kathleen O'Neill was recognized as Coach of the Year.
Women's Volleyball Falls to New Rochelle in HVIAC Championship

St. Joseph's defeated Pratt 3-0 in the semifinals of the HVIAC Tournament before falling 3-1 in an exciting match against hosts New Rochelle in the championship game. The Lady Bears were led by Lauren GaNun who combined for 31 kills and Megan Moran who had 29 kills between the two matches.

St. Joseph's defeated HVIAC foe Sarah Lawrence, 3-0 (25-8, 25-6, 25-5) to finish HVIAC regular season play undefeated while also celebrating senior night on Tuesday night. The Lady Bears were led by senior Megan Moran who had a match-high 13 kills while fellow senior Sabrina Cornia had 25 assists and served a career-high nine aces.

St. Joseph's defeated Yeshiva, 3-0, before earning a, 3-2, victory over Culinary to clinch their second regular season conference title in a row on Sunday afternoon. The Lady Bears were led by Lauren GaNun who had a combined 36 kills between the two matches and Megan Moran who recorded 27 kills on the day.
